Registration for Al-Huda Kitchener School 2010/2011

Assalamu alaikum,

By the grace of Allah (swt), our teachers, our students and their families helped us to achieve success this year way beyond what we had imagined.  We pray that every year will be more and more successful inshaAllah.  The following is our registration information for the coming year (2010-2011).

Pre-registration of existing students

On the weekends of May 8, May 15 2010, registration will be open for all existing students at Al Huda as well as their siblings from 10 am to 3pm at Keatsway School.  We will hold spots for the existing students for these 2 weekends and then we will open registration to the general public inshaAllah.

Registration for new students

New and existing students’ registration can take place on May 22, May 29 2010, from 10am to 3pm at Keatsway school and on June 5, 2010 at Kitchener Masjid from 10am-2pm.  Please bring your children with you as they will need to be assessed for their Arabic level.

Registration fees:

Registration fees are $60 per child. Registration fees are non-refundable.  The registration fee covers a portion of the book  cost and the school covers the other portion.  Books are only given to attending students.  If students withdraw they will not get books for registration fee.

Tuition fees:

The tuition for,

1^st  Child: $480/yr

2^nd Child:$400/yr

3^rd Child etc: $320/yr

In order to make the fees easier on the families we will allow for monthly installments of ($60/month for 1^st child), ($50/month 2^nd child), ($40/month/3^rd child etc) in the form of post-dated checks.  After Oct 30, 2010 all checks given will be non-refundable as this is a one-year commitment to the school. Please make cheques payable toMAC, not Al-Huda school.

Cash can be paid in 2 installments (50% due at registration and 50% due Oct 30, 2010).

All registration is on a first come first serve basis after May 15, 2010.

Sponsorships are available upon request to qualified low income families.
